We’ve been asked a few times recently “How much did you spend on your self-build conversion?”.
To buy a VW T5 camper outright can be VERY expensive, so how does converting a panel van compare? Did we manage to build a van to suit our requirements exactly without breaking the bank?
We decided to make this video and aim to be as transparent as we can with the costs associated with our camper conversion.
You may find some of the figures shocking, we sure did! But as we say, this is by no means a guide, just divulging information on what we spent. You can do it for a fraction of the cost, it just depends on what YOU want.
