If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your ordered item, you can certainly return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange. Before returning an item, contact Customer Service Team for assistance. In addition to our returns policy, the Distance Selling Regulations state all countries within the EU have a cooling off period of seven working days to cancel the order. Please note that all returns and exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you decide you would like a refund or exchange we will inspect all returned parcels & ask you to return the item in its original condition.
