About this van:
Red Ron is a really special self-build campervan, built by John and Carly for their adventures around Europe. One of their main requirements when building the van was that they would not feel restricted in where they could go, so ensuring proper off-road, 4×4 capabilities was a top priority. They also didn’t want to be restricted to staying in campsites and having to hook up to mains to recharge, so having a fully off-grid leisure battery setup was also a must. Among it’s features are a solar powered 220AH off-grid leisure battery set up, 4-wheel drive, all terrain tyres and a locking differential. It also sports a pop-up roof, two double beds (one up, one down), gas powered kitchen and heating and lots of great storage.
